§01 Definitions & Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and db345 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting website accessible at https://db345.io. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service offered through db345, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the db345 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming, betting, payment, and account management services.
• "Account" refers to the personal player account created and maintained by a registered user on db345.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money BDT funds held in a player's account wallet, excluding bonus credits.

• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the operating currency of the db345 Platform.

• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful under applicable local law.

This Agreement applies to all users of db345 regardless of the device, browser, or network used to access the Platform. It supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and db345 relating to the subject matter herein.

§02 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of db345 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of their account membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. db345 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or engage in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register accounts on db345.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a db345 employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• You must not currently hold or have previously held an account on db345 that was suspended or permanently closed for breach of this Agreement.

Each player may register and maintain exactly one (1) account on db345. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity details, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

§03 Account Obligations

Upon successful registration, you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your db345 account. Your obligations as an account holder include but are not limited to the following:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notifying db345 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your credentials have been compromised.
• Ensuring that all personal information held on your account remains accurate and up to date at all times. You must notify db345 promptly of any change to your registered name, mobile number, or payment details.
• Using the Platform solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
• Not accessing or attempting to access the db345 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

db345 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your account password. Any communication purporting to be from db345 and requesting password disclosure should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

db345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of this Agreement, applicable law, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

§04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on db345 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected local bank transfers. db345 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through its supported payment methods; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of db345.

The following transaction limits apply to all accounts unless otherwise communicated in writing by db345:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to account verification tier and applicable payment method limits.
• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: Up to 24 hours from submission of a verified withdrawal request during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the db345 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. db345 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds determined at our discretion.

db345 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, violation of bonus terms, or any other breach of this Agreement. In such cases, the Platform will notify the affected player and request any additional documentation required to complete the review within a reasonable timeframe.

§05 Bonuses & Promotions

db345 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All promotional offers are governed by their individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all db345 bonuses and promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the standard account verification process unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the expiry and forfeiture of associated bonus credits.
• db345 reserves the right to determine which games contribute towards wagering requirements and at what percentage. Not all games may contribute equally or at all to the fulfilment of wagering requirements.
• Bonus credits may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash equivalent value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• db345 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus stacking not permitted by the promotion terms, use of automated betting strategies, arbitrage betting, or collusion with other players — will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and permanent account closure.

§06 Gaming Rules & Fairness

All games available on db345 are supplied by certified third-party Game Providers. The rules governing each individual game — including bet limits, payout structures, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and specific gameplay mechanics — are determined by the respective Game Provider and are made available within each game's help or information section.

db345 is committed to fair play. All casino games available on the Platform use independently audited random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The Platform does not manipulate game outcomes beyond the inherent mathematical models established by the Game Provider and verified by independent testing laboratories.

With respect to sports betting and cricket betting markets specifically:

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error occurring during an active game or betting session, db345's gaming system logs will serve as the definitive record for the purposes of resolving any dispute. Where a technical fault prevents normal game completion, db345 will use reasonable endeavours to settle affected bets or games fairly based on available system data.

§07 Responsible Gaming

db345 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available within your account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to control your spending.

§08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the db345 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information during registration or verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform or any game in order to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

§09 Intellectual Property

All content published on or made available through the db345 Platform — including but not limited to the db345 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, game assets, betting interface features, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of db345 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the db345 Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not confer any ownership rights and does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly perform, or publicly display any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the Platform.
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices, copyright symbols, or trademarks displayed on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of db345 intellectual property may result in legal action. If you wish to use any db345 content for purposes not expressly permitted by this Agreement, you must obtain prior written consent from db345 by contacting [email protected].

§10 Amendments & Governing Law

db345 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights, obligations, or the core terms of service — db345 will provide reasonable advance notice by email to your registered account address and by posting a notice on the db345 website. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be applied without prior notice.

Your continued use of the db345 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available real-money balance by contacting [email protected].

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the operational policies of db345 as an internationally licensed gaming operator. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through db345's internal complaints procedure may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

db345's internal complaints procedure requires that all disputes be submitted in writing to [email protected] in the first instance. db345 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Players are encouraged to retain copies of all correspondence relating to any dispute.
